Meta seems to be falling short of effectively tackling fake Instagram profiles even when there are sufficient signs to indicate that a profile is misusing someone else's photos and identity.
I can’t say that I’ve ever even seen pedo spammers on IG. But I guess that says good things about my algorithm; Since I don’t go out of my way to interact with kids, I guess the algorithm just doesn’t even bother showing me content that would have pedo spammers in the comments.
Or maybe they’re just being subtle about it and I don’t know the dog whistles to be able to identify them?
Have you reported any IG comments?
I’ve reported pedophile spammers’ comments (“naked … in profile”) this month yet they don’t appear in Settings > Help > Support Requests.
Would figure I’m shadowbanned from reporting as a function of submitting enough reports that get ignored.
So many pedospammers in the comments on big meme accounts (@wasted, @male). Mark Zuckerberg needs to do much more to stop enabling child abuse.
