Sounds like something shitty parenting and shitty adults leads to. I’ve been close to shit like that. It’s all about shitty parenting or who grooms the the kid. Parents let their kids get taken advantage of by the street or media they don’t understand. Sadly because most people are very naive to how real the world. It sucks… It’s really really fucked up.
