It’s honestly too late to do much. A lot of people displaced probably don’t even have mailboxes anymore, and many have probably evacuated to family in other places if they had the option.
You can get your absentee ballot mailed to a different address, such as a family members house that wasn’t destroyed.
Sure, but in 2 weeks? Seems like that’s not going to happen.
