  • It costs too much to be out and be social. There is no place for people to congregate that doesn’t require you to spend money. Even churches have $ expectations. In most places the local public library is the last free third space. I know everyone seems to love remote work, but for me remote work forced the place of my biggest stress to be in my house and I hate it. I’ve been mostly remote for the last 13 years and I’ve realized that I need an onsite work place so I can maintain my home as my place of relaxation and escape.

  • I made the mistake of using the LG smart tv features for like 2 years. I set up a pihole to block ads and eventually WebOS just quit working because ads and trackers did t work anymore. I factory reset the tv and switched over to a Roku stick. That worked well for nearly 4 years. Now I’m on a $19 ONN 4k streaming stick from Walmart. It’s actually kinda beef for what it is. Made by Asus and flashed LineageOS on it. Audio drops out and requires a reboot every few days. I want to move to a Nvidia shield but haven’t had the funds for it because I’m in a kitchen remodel.

Weed distillate and live resin vapes get you high, but they don’t get you HIGH. At least that’s been my experience. Vapes to me are all head feeling but nothing body. Edibles are the opposite, good body high, but not much of a head high. My favorite is smoking flower. Best of both worlds! I do want to try a dry herb vape.

  • Is there something like this but where I can feel like buzz in my head. It’s like all of my senses are vibrating. I can feel this vibration intensify when I move my eyes or turn my head. It’s usually coupled with deep task paralysis and disassociation from the world around me.

I wish I could find the right combination of words to describe this feeling. Back in the day we used to use these metal stakes pushed into the ground. Plug the stakes into a wall outlet and it drives the worms up out of the dirt, easy way to collect bait for fishing. Anyway, sometimes you had to twist the the stake in the dirt to adjust it a bit and when it was plugged in, those stakes have this weird electric buzz feeling. Closest thing I can get to describe the feeling.
