1to1 thc/cbd is amazing for reducing the angst and pain.
Agreed 100%. That the concerns over federal legality is still an issue with employment. Thanks , in part, to the race war and the pharmaceutical lobby. (My opinion)

For myself:
Regimented change in habits to include more sleep, time outside, and hobbies.
Add more time to deadlines to allow for the changes.
@MadgePickles I’m pretty sure my reaction was uncommon. I didn’t have any other problem.
Finding a good doctor right now seems to be as important as finding the right combo… I’m happy you found one!
I tried this for 7 months or so last year. My wife said that it slowly made me more and more short tempered. :( I had to switch to Effexor XR and buspirone along with stims
I’ve noticed this specifically with the no fat half and half… switched back to the good stuff.
It is about 1 hour to get it in the oven, but food for days.
Before I had a wife (who actually cares about me). I would make a casserole with wide egg noodles, chicken, peas, maybe another veg, mixed with a combo of cream of mushroom soup, couple eggs, and topped with a generous layer of cheddar…
I’m told this is not good for you, but it is delicious and has enough variety that I can eat it every day.
@MadgePickles I’ve been nursing a 32 oz insulated mug of coffee everyday for a while.
@nieceandtows I have been on a quest this last year to find the right set of tools.
I went in deep with OneNote and added extensions to it. The problem is that it is still proprietary and does not do everything I need.
Then comes Obsidian.md. It uses markdown for formatting and works like a plain text wiki. 1000 extensions and some clever ways to integrate your workflow.
@theangryseal
This seems to be the way a lot of doctors are choosing to start…
I really think starting with treating the adhd and, if desired, a coach or therapist to work on coping techniques.
My sons and I went through this journey and the antidepressants were all horrible…. Mood-altering horrible. Helped nothing in our case… but also found many on the Interwebs that have had similar experiences.
