Pretty crazy that it takes over 17 hours just to send a signal all the way to Voyager 2.

I was tempted to go with kbin when I switched, because it just looks cleaner and better designed. I’m not sure why kbin isn’t more popular, but I’m sticking with the pack right now on lemmy.

It’s kind of a massive part of Lemmys design, so I would disagree.

We’re going to end up with duplicate instances all over the place. That’s just the reality of things. Some of them will become the more popular versions and others will be abandoned, but there’s little point to complaining about it.

I agree with all of the other regulations, but this one doesn’t seem like a good thing.

Phones with internal batteries are arguably better for a variety of different reasons. I don’t want any more flimsy phone bodies like the old androids. As long as the phone can be easily serviced, I think that is enough.

Holy shit why are these companies doing anything with Meta. This is super scary.

I don’t want anything to do with Meta, but now I can’t use pretty much any service without Meta getting my data anyway? I want off this ride.
