All of your concerns are fixed when everyone pays attention more than one out of every four years. Until that happens, it’s first past the post- and we either get to drink the metaphorical piss of all those who didn’t pay attention, or eat the metaphorical shit of those who didn’t pay attention….

Either way- change doesn’t happen when people chose to be “activists” once every four years.

So vote for the guy that isn’t going to end democracy as we know it- and at least buy yourselves and everyone else four years to start actually paying attention and making the change you’d like to see.

Most of the bias in communities here tend to be very heavy leaning towards socialism and communism. I’m neither of those things, and definitely not a right-winger. But a lot of the nuance in life and politics is overlooked by those groups. I’d like to not be shot out of a cannon I to the sun for disagreeing with these people, and then not banned/have comments removed for saying the exact same thing these kids are- where they’re perfectly fine to ridicule/antagonize.

I only really bias towards empirical truth and evidence. Along with accepting that life provides a shit ton of nuance and not wavering is it should be as polarized as people make it out to be.

This goes for pretty much everything.

I’m not right leaning at all, but neither piracy, nor anarchy are things I’m interested in.

Remember though…. The kids’ll tell you that both sides are equally as bad.
