News articles like this are full of fake outrage by people who support the animal ag industry that commits worse crimes at massively larger scales every single day. In regards to animal welfare this guy and the puppy killer are only very marginally worse than anyone else.

Actually I think I get what you’re saying now and I think you have a point. I am not sure the two can be directly compared that way, though. There are different reasons for why people think each is bad once they hear the name and I don’t think the meme is actually saying that this is an argument for or against anything. Just a funny observation.

I forgot that only people you have agreements with can sue you. This is why Boeing hasn’t been sued once recently for their own criminal negligence.

If it was Arch you’d update once every 15 minutes whether anything’s broken or not.

They can have all the clauses they like but pulling something like this off requires a certain amount of gross negligence that they can almost certainly be held liable for.
