Nah lemmy.ml is still federated. You can see it listed here https://lemmy.world/instances
Hi! I’m British, I like music (grime, garage, hip-hop, R&B, and more!). I like art, culture, history, politics, & doomscrolling memes.
Also a touch of programming :)
also on /u/[email protected]
Nah lemmy.ml is still federated. You can see it listed here https://lemmy.world/instances
It’s blocked from lemmy.world. I’d recommend using LASIM and migrating to another instance like https://lemm.ee/ (note: you will need to manually resubscribe to [email protected] on your new account, since LASIM won’t be able to see it).
That’s not a copy of the main piracy community, that’s another piracy community that’s hosted on lemmy.world
The community people are talking about is [email protected], which is no longer accessible via lemmy.world
It appears [email protected] is also blocked.
It does come preinstalled with them, that’s the whole point of Jackett. You just need to enable them in the dashboard.
not surprised honestly. The trailer screamed “generic whacky!!! fun!!! comedy animation” and they just slapped a familiar IP ontop, didn’t match the vibe of the comic at all.
I posted twice (2 times), you’ll survive.
That’s basically what the entire philosophy of democratic socialism attempts to answer.
Yes, but it’s also associated with libertarian types who used to populate Reddit back in the day before it became mainstream.
It’s being worked on. In the meantime, you can use LASIM to migrate your subscriptions/settings to another instance. You can also mod your accounts on other instances.
An instance is just a way to access Lemmy. Lemmy.world, lemm.ee, sh.itjust.works, feddit.uk, etc - you can use any of these to access Lemmy and interact with, and see, all the same content.
It’s a problem because most communities are hosted on lemmy.world at the moment, but if lemmy.world ever dies they’ll die with it.
Lemmy.world is shitting the bed lately, Lemmyverse is not able to collect data from it.
I don’t care. They can figure it out or ask, lol.
That’s great
open your browser and go to https://lemmyverse.net/communities?order=active&nsfw=null - is this not working for you?
Search bar in the top left, or scroll through.
Sync has search but it’s a bit limited. Use Lemmyverse instead :)
Block the individual bots. You’ll get rid of them in one go.
I rarely browse by c/All. A curated experience is better than a mishmash of everything imo.
Search for communities that interest you! It’s just like Reddit, once you curate your own experience you’ll enjoy it :) check out my list of casual/fun communities on Lemmy, or browse Lemmyverse for a list of all of them.
Block it
hexbear (a leftist instance) was defederated recently. lemmygrad.ml is “under discussion”.
lemmy.ml has too many general users thesedays imo, it would be very major to block it.
