Was told they were 5mg each and to start by taking one. Took 1, felt nothing, waited 30 minutes, took 2 more. Felt nothing. Took 3 more, felt nothing, waited an hour, took the last 4. Still felt nothing. By then it was bed time so I just went to sleep. Nothing, nada. At all.
