    The mouse should realize that sometimes it’s better to pay people instead of shit like this.

    Being this hellbent on winning a case is hurting the IP more than the couple dozen millions they have to shell out to pay the victim’s family.

    I’m going to take a less cynical stance and say I’m looking forward to this. They didn’t file in Texas, so they won’t get that prized 5th Circuit rubber stamp big businesses desire, so the legal slap in their face will be glorious.

    Remember folks… Some lawyer got paid cash for this argument and general counsel and propaganda along with execs signed off on it because they think it has merit 🤡

    It’s worse. Her husband, who is filing the suit on behalf of her estate, once signed up for the free trial. It wasn’t even her who agreed to it.
